  • Training Clothes: Anything that is comfortable and you can move easily in
  • Training Shoes: Sports shoes such as running sneakers
  • Gloves: Gym gloves or plastic disposable gloves
  • Mask: Cloth or surgical mask

If you ware looking for new shoes we highly recommend:
Nike - Metcon
Reebok - Nano

Both are awesome, its just personal preference as to what style you like most!
