Every 30 days you will sit down with your coahc tp redo your measuements and set the plan up for the next 30 days of progress

The point of the phone call and visit is to make sure we can help you- we dont train marathin runners or bodybuilders! Just peolpe that want to be fitter, healthier and happier!

Personal Training As Standard

We know you love the energy of the group, but sometimes you need 1-1 attention to focus on you. Thats whay every membership has 1 Personal Training session per week so you can spend precious 1-1 time with your coach!

How much does it cost?

If you are looking for a fitness solution based purely on price we may be the wrong fit for you.  We believe in delivering exceptional value, our prices range from 1100AED to 2500AED per month.  Find out how we can help you, just arrange a call now

Do I need to be fit before I start?

Absolutely not! In fact we turn away muscle heads! LIFT is specifcally built for beginners or those that havent trained for a long time

What equipment do I need to bring?

Just a good pair of trainers, a water bottle and a big smile on your face!

How long are training sessions?

Each group class is 60 minutes long. We also provide personal training sessions which are 30 minutes long

What time are training sessions?

Our group classes are at: 5.30am, 8.00am, 4.30pm, 6.00pm, 7.15pm

Do you offer 'Gym Only' or 'Open Gym'?

No - As our gym is for beginners, we believe that you should be trainnig with a coach

Do you have 'Ladies Only'?

No - We have male and female coaches so this is not something we offer.
