LIFT is located behind Abu Dhabi University, next to the British International School in Mohamed Bin Zayed city.
Our two separate gyms, one for ladies only and one mixed has the latest curve treadmills, assault bikes, rowers, barbells and custom made weight plates. We have shower and changing rooms to wash off all your hard work and complimentary towels for all members.
