That’s why we created our multiple level program that's designed to take you through the process step by step to ensure that this time you get the results you want, even if you've never stepped foot in a gym before!

2. You come down to the gym so we can introduce you to the team and you can feel what LIFT is all about

How We Do Things at LIFT

Every session is coached

There is always a coach front and center to guide you through every workout to make sure you have a safe, effective and fun workout.

5 Levels to every class

Even if you have never exercised in your life, we have our 'white' level to get you started!

Small Class Sizes

We believe in great coaching, so you will only ever have a max of 10 other people in your class as you follow our tried and tested system.

30 Day Check In's

Every 30 days you will sit down with your coach to redo your measurements and set the plan up for the next 30 days of progress

Everyone has the same goals as you

The point of the phone call and visit is to make sure we can help you- we don't train marathon runners or bodybuilders! Just people that want to be fitter, healthier and happier!

Personal Training As Standard

We know you love the energy of the group, but sometimes you need 1-1 attention to focus on you. That's why every membership has 1 Personal Training session per week so you can spend precious 1-1 time with your coach!

How much does it cost?

If you are looking for a fitness solution based purely on price we may be the wrong fit for you.  We believe in delivering exceptional value, our prices range from 1100AED to 2500AED per month.  Find out how we can help you, just arrange a call now.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

Absolutely not! In fact we turn away muscle heads! LIFT is specifcally built for beginners or those that havent trained for a long time.

What equipment do I need to bring?

Just a good pair of trainers, a water bottle and a big smile on your face!

How long are training sessions?

Each group class is 60 minutes long. We also provide personal training sessions which are 30 minutes long.

What time are training sessions?

Our group classes are at: 5.30am, 8.00am, 4.30pm, 6.00pm, 7.15pm.

Do you offer 'Gym Only' or 'Open Gym'?

No - As our gym is for beginners, we believe that you should be trainnig with a coach.

Do you have 'Ladies Only'?

No - We have male and female coaches so this is not something we offer.
