At LIFT we understand you are the kind of person who wants to be the healthiest and happiest version of yourself. In order to be that way, you need to create healthy habits to help you lose weight & get fit.
The challenge is there is so much conflicting information about what to do to get the results you want, which makes you feel lost and confused!
We believe transforming your health and fitness is as simple as creating healthy habits. We understand you may have tried and failed in the past. That’s why we created our multiple level program that's designed to take you through the process step by step to ensure that this time you get the results you want, even if you've never stepped foot in a gym before!
How We Do Things at LIFT
Every session is coached
There is always a coach front and center to guide you through every workout to make sure you have a safe, effective and fun workout.
5 Levels to every class
Even if you have never exercised in your life, we have our 'white' level to get you started!
Small Class Sizes
We believe in great coaching, so you will only ever have a max of 10 other people in your class as you follow our tried and tested system.
30 Day Check In's
Every 30 days you will sit down with your coach to redo your measurements and set the plan up for the next 30 days of progress
Everyone has the same goals as you
The point of the phone call and visit is to make sure we can help you- we don't train marathon runners or bodybuilders! Just people that want to be fitter, healthier and happier!
Personal Training As Standard
We know you love the energy of the group, but sometimes you need 1-1 attention to focus on you. That's why every membership has 1 Personal Training session per week so you can spend precious 1-1 time with your coach!
